uAspire Help Desk Info


uAspire, in partnership with Get Schooled and with funding provided by ECMC and the U.S. Department of Education, will be providing increased FAFSA support for students this summer in Massachusetts (M.A.), California (C.A.), and New York (N.Y.).

Students and families can text the uAspire Help Desk with any questions about how to complete their FAFSA.

Messaging: A uAspire Advisor will text you back within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to help complete the FAFSA and answer other financial aid questions you may have. Support is provided over text or Zoom! You can also text that you want to meet with someone, and we can send you a link to make an appointment.

Availability: uAspire’s College Affordability Advisors are available to help daily from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
