Celebrating Our Fellows: Independent Research & Next-Level Policy Recommendations
We are thrilled to highlight the work of our first ever HBCU Policy Fellows as they present their final projects!

Throughout their time in the program, our fellows worked hard to analyze the psychological, cultural, and academic factors that drive success for Black scholars, focusing specifically on how we can strengthen the pipeline and improve HBCU access for Massachusetts students.

These final projects reflect each student’s individual research, unique perspective, and dedicated efforts during the fellowship. The conclusions and recommendations presented are entirely their own independent work, developed through rigorous inquiry, field advisory feedback, and a deep commitment to expanding educational opportunities.

We invite you to explore their individual projects below and see the future of HBCU policy advocacy in action!
