As the Business Development Specialist, Shelbe is responsible for improving business development processes and cultivating strategic partnerships to advance uAspire's mission. Before joining uAspire, Shelbe spent close to a decade in project management, assisting in project planning and implementation. Shelbe holds a BS in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from California State University, Sacramento, and an MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay. She currently resides in California. 

  As a first-generation college graduate, I strongly identify with uAspire’s mission to guide students through the postsecondary financial aid journey. I understand the impact this knowledge has on students and how it can provide improved outcomes for families. With minimal resources to guide me through navigating my postsecondary education experience, I want to ensure that all students have access to what they need to succeed.
