Pete November serves as a market president at City Year. In this role, he oversees City Year sites in 14 cities, primarily on the East coast and in the Midwest, partnering closely with the Executive Directors of those sites. Pete most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at The Possible Zone, where he was responsible for partnerships, finance, and operations, and played a lead role in supporting the organization’s programs. Pete has served in strategic and operational leadership roles at multiple youth-serving nonprofits, including iMentor, National Center on Time & Learning, and The Breakthrough Collaborative. He has also consulted to national youth-serving organizations, including YouthBuild USA. Pete is a proud 1993-94 alumnus of City Year in Boston. He lives in the Boston area with his family.
