As the Senior Manager of Analytics, Michelle oversees the processing of student data, aligns external data dissemination systems with evolving organizational needs, collaborates with stakeholders on program evaluation, and contributes to research on student outcomes.

While at uAspire she has had the opportunity to be the Data and Analytics Manager and the Data Coordinator. In those roles she streamlined data engineering processes, implemented new systems of data dissemination, and contributed to program evaluation work.

Prior to joining uAspire, she worked with a building automation company and developed her skills in data processing and web design.

Michelle received her BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Middlebury College.

Our mission is also a personal one for me; as a first-generation college student, navigating the financial aid process was very difficult and without significant financial aid I wouldn’t have been able to afford a post-secondary education at all. My hope is that my work helps uAspire support low-income and first-generation students of color even more effectively.
