Levar Ley
College Affordability Advisor
I am a College Affordability Advisor at uAspire, where I guide students and families through the financial aid process to make higher education more accessible and affordable. In this role, I provide one-on-one support and resources to ensure first—generation and underrepresented students can confidently navigate college costs and funding options.
Over the past five years, I have worked in college counseling and access with first-generation students at Bottom Line and local high schools across New York City. My experience has centered on helping students successfully transition to and persist in higher education.
I hold a master’s degree in Higher Education and an MBA from Baruch College, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Buffalo State University.
I joined uAspire because I know firsthand how confusing the college process can be, and I want to make sure students and families don’t feel alone when navigating those challenges.
