Kat Medina is the Manager of Executive Office and Recruitment, responsible for overseeing all recruitment efforts and ensuring seamless executive office operations. She directly supports the CEO and manages the uAspire National Board while serving on the People and Operations team.

With ten years of experience in healthcare, including roles in human resources and event management at Keck Medicine of USC, Kat brings a diverse skill set to the organization. she is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace that empowers employees and supports organizational goals.
