Kassandra is a Manager for Training and Technical Assistance (T&TA) at uAspire. In this role, she works with uAspire’s national and regional partners to support T&TA with training and content development. Prior to becoming a manager, she was a Training Specialist on T&TA for two years and started at the organization in 2019 as a College Affordability Advisor. Kassandra is a proud first-generation college graduate who earned her BS in Psychology and her M.Ed in Student Affairs Counseling, both from Bridgewater State University. I chose uAspire because I know first-hand how daunting it can be for students who want to pursue higher education but are uncertain how to navigate complicated financial aid systems. As a manager of T&TA, my goal is to expand my personal and organizational knowledge to partners so students across the country can receive high-quality advising and support.
