As the Sr. Director of Internal Operations, Jazmine oversees the day-to-day activities of uAspire, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. Prior to joining uAspire, Jazmine flourished within the Financial Services, Real Estate, and Tech industries gaining extensive knowledge in operations, client success/people management, and organizational culture. Jazmine is a proud graduate of the University of La Verne, in Southern California, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. I'm proud of and believe in the work of uAspire and our mission toward economic mobility. It's inspiring to work at a place where a positive footprint is put back into the world and to experience so much passion every day. I am motivated by the potential of making postsecondary education affordable for all and the positive effects degree/certificate attainment will have on the BIPOC community.
