Chief Knowledge Officer
Holly is the Chief Knowledge Officer and leads uAspire’s Knowledge Department, which is comprised of our following teams: Research, Learning & Evaluation, Internal Training & Design, Innovation & Impact Operations. Over her 20+ years at uAspire, Holly has held various impact leadership roles, in addition to serving as a college affordability advisor, navigating the financial aid process with students and families and using this experience to directly inform her programmatic and training work. In her previous role as the senior vice president of knowledge, Holly oversaw the creation and maintenance of uAspire’s broad suite of college affordability training content, tools, and expertise. Holly earned her MS in school counseling from Northeastern University and her BS in human development from Binghamton University.
I am reminded every day of how lucky I am to be part of this organization by my interactions with my colleagues and external partners and our shared focus on the students and families we aim to support. My passion lies with helping underserved youth turn their college aspirations into reality and the service we provide at uAspire is such a critical piece of the college access puzzle. I couldn’t imagine working elsewhere.
