Edwin serves as a College Affordability Advisor within the Massachusetts Afford Program. In this role, Edwin offers guidance to students from Cambridge Rindge & Latin School, providing invaluable support to both students and their families in navigating the complexities of the college financial aid process, empowering them to make well-informed decisions. Prior to joining uAspire, Edwin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish Studies from Earlham College. Throughout college, their dedication to education and empowerment was evident, especially through their active participation in the Bonner Scholars Program. Notably, Edwin played a key role in recruiting students for EMERGE, a college access program.

uAspire's mission resonates deeply with me as a first-generation low-income student who understands the complexity of the college application process. Having personally experienced the challenges, I am drawn to uAspire's commitment to providing essential information and resources for an affordable college journey. Having been part of a college access program in high school, I recognize the crucial importance of the work that uAspire undertakes.
