Alex Houston is the Director of Impact Operations. In this role, Alex is responsible for centralizing operations for the Advising, Training, and Policy teams, as well as managing uAspire's Salesforce database. Prior to joining uAspire in 2019, Alex worked in program operations and development at Enroot, a nonprofit supporting recently immigrated high school students. Alex has worked at a range of Boston-area non-profits including the Cambridge Community Center, LIFT, and City Year.

Alex holds a BA in Psychology from Reed College and a certificate in Interactive Design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
