Addy Mahaffey
Manager of Institutional Giving
As Manager of Institutional Giving, Addy supports uAspire’s partnerships with foundations and other institutional funders. In her role, she develops grant proposals and reports, conducts prospect research, and helps strengthen funder relationships to advance uAspire’s mission and programs.
Before joining uAspire, Addy worked as a Project Manager for M. Palmer Consulting, a grants and fundraising firm based in Northwest Arkansas. She worked with a wide range of nonprofit organizations to raise more money for their missions. Addy earned her BA in English from the University of Arkansas and is a Certified Fundraising Executive.
Education has been a pathway to economic mobility in my own life. Financial aid made it possible for me to build the career I have today. I value uAspire’s focus on supporting both individual students and working toward systemic change in college affordability.
