Melissa Cotignola

Senior Training and Technical Assistance Manager

Melissa Cotignola is a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Manager at uAspire. In this role, she supports the delivery of uAspire’s Training and Technical Assistance (T&TA) model by managing partnerships and delivering trainings for practitioners across the country. In addition, Melissa is working to develop the online learning branch of the T&TA model in an effort to explore even more ways for uAspire to support its partners. Prior to joining uAspire, Melissa was a program manager at an online tutoring start-up, and a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Malta. Additionally, she has interned with the Center for Student Opportunity’s “I’m First” project, helping first-generation college students prepare for the college experience.

Melissa earned her Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education and her B.A. in Political Science from Tulane University.
