Jamie Ramola

Senior Director of Training and Technical Assistance

Jamie is the Senior Director of Training and Technical Assistance at uAspire. In this role she manages and supports the T&TA team while building strategic national partnerships, developing and improving technical assistance systems, and facilitating trainings and webinars. T&TA works to provide the best-in-class training and ongoing support on issues of college affordability to front-line college access and success providers, community based-organizations, schools districts, and higher education institutions. Prior to joining uAspire, Jamie was the director of the academy for transformation, the national training and events department of YouthBuild USA. For seven years she supported national and regional trainings focused on youth and workforce development services for 16 to 24-year-olds who received education, counseling, leadership development, post-secondary education assistance, and career readiness training. Jamie has a long history working on social justice issues having also worked with the MA Office for Victim Assistance and the Asian Taskforce Against Domestic Violence in Boston as well as the Sexual Violence Center in Minneapolis.

Jamie has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Women’s Studies from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
