Christopher Loney

Chief Talent Officer

Chris Loney is the Chief Talent Officer at uAspire and leads our Strategic Execution and Alignment department. Through this work he ensures that as an organization we understand and are aligned to our strategy, have the right talent to enable it, and a strong foundation (ie. culture, values. etc.) to sustain it. Prior to becoming our Chief Talent Officer, Chris was the Senior Manager to the Office of the President, and the Manager of Strategic Operations here at uAspire. In these roles, Chris oversaw key organizational wide initiatives as well as led the model development of our national training program.

Before joining uAspire, Chris held a Non-Profit Management Fellowship at the Phillips Brooks House Association (PBHA) at Harvard University, where he led multiple projects focused on improving internal communication, data management, marketing, and fundraising systems and strategies. Prior to the Fellowship, Chris served in multiple student-centered roles at PBHA while completing his studies at Harvard, including directing and expanding an after-school program, and overseeing the management of summer camps and student-run programming to thousands in the Cambridge and Boston area. He also founded and lead the KIDS FIRST interest committee which secured the passage of a $78 million bond initiative to build a new high school and improve the existing schools throughout his hometown school district in Colorado.

Chris is a First One, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard University.
