Madeline Hatcher

Institutional Giving Manager

As Institutional Giving Manager, Madeline supports in the cultivation of uAspire's foundation and corporate funders at the national and regional levels. Prior to her role at uAspire, Madeline worked in grant writing and foundation relations for Children's Aid in New York City. She began her career with AmeriCorps, serving with Reading Partners in the San Francisco Bay Area as a development coordinator. Madeline graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Political Science and Global Studies.

I believe in the power of a college degree to support economic mobility, and I know that many of the people who would benefit most from a college education are faced with significant financial hurdles that can prevent them from achieving their college and career goals.
