Kassie Pham

Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator, Kassie maintains and enhances uAspire’s day to day technological and operational systems. She supports and works in close collaboration with staff across all locations to ensure they have all they need to succeed in their work. Prior to joining uAspire, Kassie worked for over six years at the Downtown Berkeley YMCA’s gym and teen center in various roles including: mentor, academic counselor, digital-media arts program assistant, membership representative, and administrative assistant. She also spent three wonderful years at Eastwind Books of Berkeley as sales staff and bookkeeper. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Asian American & Asian Diaspora Studies.

What keeps me at uAspire is how humbling and fulfilling it is to be a part of uAspire’s incredibly dedicated staff—to have a hand in serving those who serve our students.
