In my role, I focus on project management, system maintenance, and security, ensuring our Salesforce system functions at its best. My experience includes working as a Salesforce Consultant in the digital marketing field and serving as a Senior Enrollment Advisor at Adtalem Global Education, where I employed technology to enhance the educational journey of students aspiring for Master's degrees in Behavioral Sciences. My educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree from Concordia College and a master's degree from Walden University, complementing my career in technology and education. I am also a certified Salesforce Administrator and a Google IT Support Specialist, demonstrating my commitment to ongoing learning and the use of cutting-edge technology to advance educational opportunities and societal betterment.
